Amazing group fitness training delivered at beautiful Bronte Beach! East Side Crew is a fun and social fitness group run by Troy Stewart. Troy has the vision of creating a great community of people who love being fit, happy and healthy whilst supporting and encouraging each individual to reach their goals. East Side Crew loves what we do and we want you to love it with us.


Our group fitness training programs are developed on a four week cycle with an increasing intensity each week to help you progress and constantly improve. Each cycle has a different focus and will test your fitness in different ways. We provide everything you need in a high quality training program. You can see the sessions on offer on our Timetable. You can join at anytime and we will help to tailor the intensity of the session to suit your fitness level.

Whether your goals are to improve your fitness, lose weight, increase lean muscle mass or just get outdoors and meet new people - East Side Crew group fitness will help to achieve these goals and more. Our group fitness training at Bronte Beach combines high intensity circuits with strength and running training to give you a lean and toned body and amazing fitness results. The best thing is that we do it in a way that is fun, challenging and motivating. We re-focus on our goals every 6 weeks to help keep us motivated and on track with our training.


Our Experience allows us to provide group training sessions that are suited to all fitness levels. So you can always complete a full session based on your fitness level whilst training alongside others at the same level. The best thing about the Crew is having a range of different fitness levels to push you harder. 



We are more than just a training group. We pride ourselves on our Crew community and the impact training with East Side Crew has on peoples lives. Each year we support a local charity and have raised over $60,000 in the past years. Our crew members make amazing friends and are able to become a big part of the local community through our social events and fundraising programs.
