Bronte Biathlon season is here! Come join us every Wednesday night over Summer from 6 November 2019 - 26 February 2020 (except for a short break over Xmas) and be part of a fun community Biathlon. Either book in for a season pass (all you can eat Biathlons!) or a drop-in session. 

Course: Run 2km to Clovelly Beach, swim approximately 400m and then run 2km back to base at Bronte Beach. Map details below. 

Bronte Biathlon is open to all levels. 

Where: Meet at the grassed area next to Bronte Surf Life Saving Club (North End)

When: Wednesday Night @ 6.30pm (Arrive at 6.20pm)

We LOVE training for events. It helps to keep us motivated and on track and will give you a purpose to your mid week training. The best part of our events training program is being able to share the experience with the crew. So join our Saturday run club + run with us! Our Events Training Programs are a complete programs that include the perfect balance between strength and conditioning. We don't just focus on your running performance, we believe that in order to be a complete runner you need to have strong legs, core and upper body AND a strong mind. It's also important that you have the right nutrition. This means we focus on all aspects to make you ready and give you the best chance of succeeding and staying injury free.

If you are scared of running your first event, or aren't sure where to begin - don't worry (be happy)! We have a great introductory program for beginners and those new to running. We also cater for advanced runners who have a lot of running experience and want to improve on running strength and speed. We split the running group into beginners, intermediate and advanced so you'll be with some running your pack.
