Byron Bay Health + Fitness Retreat 26 - 29 October 2017

Come join us at our Byron Bay Health & Fitness retreat and spend some quality time with Mother Nature. The perfect place to recharge, relax, train and eat delicious wholesome food.  Our retreats are structured so you can do as much or as little as you want... Our aim is to have you coming back with a spring in your step and feeling refreshed.  

We will enjoy a lunch together at The Farm Byron Bay - it's one of Byron's absolute gems. The chefs are passionate about nourishing the patrons with ethical, authentic, quality food.  

The package (prices below) includes:

  • accommodation; 
  • fitness, activities and equipment (see below) cross training (strength and cardio) classes, yoga, surfing lessons, trek, paddle boarding/mountain biking (depending on weather);
  • amazing wholesome food for the 3 days:
    • Thursday night dinner; 
    • Friday & Saturday - breakfast, lunch and dinner; and
    • breakfast on Sunday; and
  • East Side Crew welcome pack. 

NOTE: Flights & transport from/to airport are not included. 

Beautiful Accommodation

We have teamed up with our friends over at the beautiful The Lord Byron Resort ( for 3 nights of bliss. The Hotel has recently been refurbished and is only minutes from the pristine main beach. Accommodation features include:

  • Private balconies;
  • Heated outdoor pool and spa;
  • Poolside bungalows;
  • Full size tennis court;
  • security parking;
  • daily housekeeping;
  • complimentary wi-fi; and
  • air conditioning and overhead fans.

Wholesome Food

Fresh, wholesome, local produce will be provided to you throughout the retreat - there will be multiple options including those for our vegetarian clients.

We will venture out to enjoy The Farm for lunch one day ( so get excited.

Fitness & Activities 

We have a number of fitness and activities scheduled throughout the retreat for all fitness levels, including:

  • Daily cross training - fun group class incorporating strength, cardio and stretching
  • Yoga - the perfect activity to balance the mind and body
  • Surf lessons/stand-up paddle boarding - the ideal water work out
  • Mountain biking/trekking - enjoy the amazing local scenery and fresh air
